Training and Careers

At UK Young Autism Project (UK YAP) we believe it is essential for adults to understand how to nurture children’s skills to enable children to achieve the best they can. UKYAP has been employing, training and supervising staff through our unique in-house developed training programme since 2000. During this time, we have equipped staff members to gain extensive theoretical knowledge and essential applied skills which can be further developed through academic qualifications, such as a MSc in Applied Behaviour Analysis and becoming a BCBA (Board Certified Behaviour Analyst).
